I know that
God is the health of all people. This omnipresent Divine Consciousness
saturates all my thinking with Its health-maintaining power. I am this health
made visible. I feel it, know it and appreciate it. Furthermore, I talk health
and expect to have a healthy and vital body now and for as long as I live.
There is no cessation in Divine Right Action, and my health is this action. It
is spiritual and divine.
I am not
subject to the world's ideas of illness. I am not a medical opinion. I am
perfect Life in action at all times. Being free in God, I am free of all
disease consciousness. I put this clear knowing in my subconscious mind and
give it the full authority of my whole consciousness. I live in good order, in
peace, with a great sense of the goodness of life.
I am wise in
ways of health. I select healthy ideas, healthy ways of living, and healthy
relationships with all people. For me there is no over-action or under-action;
there is balanced living in every way. I know that by maintaining health I am
glorifying the Mind which created me and bearing witness to the Truth which I
am. I release this treatment into the Law of Mind, knowing its Truth.

Illumination
pierces through all race-belief and misconception, revealing God's Infinite
Truth to me today. Back of the effect is the cause. Back of imperfect cause is
primal, originating cause which is eternally perfect. Layers and layers of
half-truths and untruths can encrust the idea, but I know that one ray of
spiritual insight acts as a miracle solvent which dissolves all nonsense and
cover-up instantaneously.
The
revelation of health and wholeness is at hand. There is no principle to
substantiate a belief in illness or decline. Life is a process of growth and
continual illumination. As I acquiesce to the impulsion of the Infinite to
"move things along" in my life, to produce change and newness in all phases of
my life, and to transform my known experience into something larger and finer
than that to which I am accustomed, I am ready for a healing and a perfect
demonstration of expanding health.
Resistance
involves itself with disease and conflict. I choose now to involve myself with
insistence by assuming spiritual command over my originating thoughts, feelings
and actions and ordering only what is of good rapport. I welcome new ways to
demonstrate the perfect principle in action. My innate nature is fluid. I
express my spiritual nature to be whole and complete through the spiritual,
mental and emotional practice of non-resistance to change.

One
everlasting Life, One unconditional Love, One infinite Mind. God the
ever-present, unending source that is the very nature of my being. I live, love
and think in Pure Spirit. My body is the reflection, the expression, the dream
of Infinite Mind. My body is exactly like, yet so uniquely personalized as that
of every other being, displaying the inexhaustive imagination of The Divine. My
body is the expression of the life of God, my emotions and actions the
expression of the love of God. My thoughts center upon and are the focus of
Mind, we are one.
I declare
that my body is perfect, whole and complete in every way. There is no false
notion or belief that it requires repair, adjustment or alteration in my
conscious or subjective consciousness. My body is beautiful, in perfect health,
youthful, and full of energy.
I celebrate
in great thanksgiving, as I release this truth into Universal Law.

Accepting the
Cosmic Truth that God is all there is, I know that I am one with the Divine
Intelligence, Perfect Love, Eternal and everlasting Spirit, Creator of all that
is, the One Mind through which I live, move, and express my being. I accept my
Divinity as a glorious expression of my Divine Nature. I am a special
receptacle for the Nature of God to express its perfection. This empowers me to
open more fully to my ever expanding good as I move along my spiritual path,
with all my daily considerations.
Having been
set into this place in absolute wholeness, I know that I am perfectly formed in
every aspect of my being; all of my organs operate perfectly, as intended by
Divine Spirit. Every function is in perfect rhythm, finely tuned, acting in
harmony with every other function in every other part of my body. Everything is
in perfect working order, designed to serve my body effectively when called
upon to perform.
Giving my
heart-felt thanks for this profound understanding, I trust completely in the
Mind of God, finding my direction and my strength in Divine Spirit as my
eternal Source. As I press all of this new understanding into subconscious
Mind, the great Doer in my life, I let the situation go, releasing it to the
Law of Mind, knowing that it is already so.

There is one
Infinite Source of Love, Life, Peace and Harmony. That Source is in, around,
and through all things. I am the expression of that Source, as me. That Source,
Infinite being is right here, right now. Historical events in my life no longer
exist, no longer have power nor substance. In this one infinite moment there is
only God, Love, Life , Peace and harmony. I am united in the One.
I declare
that right here, right now I am one with the universal flow. There is only life
giving energy of Love. As I take in nutrients, my body assimilates only that
which is needed to grow and prosper, properly eliminating that which is
unnecessary. My mind is attuned to universal guidance which creates a physical
sense of unity, harmony and well being. All cells are in proper order and
chemically aligned and charged in their polarity for a perfect picture of
health.
As I let
loose this treatment into the law, I give heartfelt thanks.

The higher
than intellect truth of my being is the Essence of Infinite Life in action.
Thinking is Its function as me. Living is Its functionary as my world and
event. I now unfold from the Source of my being to my positive external
manifestation. I am progressively growing in a state of ever-loving healthy
development. I am forever ascending from good to greater good, as I partake of
the Infinite with joy.
I am inspired
in everything I do from the On High within me, with wonderful ideals. As I let
go and let my thought be illumined by the All-Knowing One, my ideals become my
ideas, my ideas become my skills and experience. My exhilarating inner lift is
now revitalizing my whole being. I move forward with ease and confidence. My
work is joy in service. My life is satisfaction in achievement. My body is
functioning properly and in good repair. I am healthy, happy, and feel great
about being me.
I honor the
Truth at the heart of my being with all diligence, for out of it are the issues
of life - my life. Everything I am now responds to this calm, confident
attitude toward my life. I am alive with joy. I am refreshed and renewed now!
